How do I return an item?

Only applies to free standing Curio Cabinets, China Cabinets, Liquor Cabinets, Wine Cabinets, Armoire Bars, Home Bars, Game Tables, Bar Sets/Ensembles with Chairs, Bedroom & Dining Sets, Server/Buffet Consoles and their Hutches, Credenzas, Bookcases, Personal Storage, Grandfather & Floor Clocks and floor standing and LTL Freighted World Globes.

No other items qualify including but not necessarily limited to wall mounted curio cabinets, small package shipped globes, tables, lamps, baskets, TV stands, entertainment centers, accent chests, Bombay chests, coat racks, mirrors, benches, desks, vases, plates, stemware, pedestals, planters, valet and umbrella stands, small globes, and foot stools.**

Return/Exchange Policy:

Requests For Return/Exchange up to 60 Days from the Invoice Date.

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA): All returns must first be approved with a Return Merchandise Authorization. Please email us at or call us at 928-635-1096 M-F 9AM-5PM PST to obtain your RMA #. The return address will be provided with the RMA.


A FULL REFUND will be credited to the original method of payment contingent upon successful return and the following conditions below:

  1. Refund-Processing Timeline: If refund or exchange complies with our policy, it will be processed in 14 business days once your return item is received and inspected. A refund will be credited to the original method of payment.
  2. Original Good Condition, Packaging and Documentation: Used items are not returnable. Do not use the item if you wish to return. Items showing any sign of having been used, having any scratches or any marks cannot be returned for refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all original material, packaging, documentation etc. or refund or exchange cannot be accepted.
  3. Shipping Charges: Customers are responsible for all RETURN shipping charges. Initial expedited shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable and include items shipped via Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Air, Freight, International & Priority Mail.
  4. Return Shipping Damage: It is the customer's responsibility to insure all return shipping packages. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during return shipping and any such damaged item will not be accepted for return/exchange. Customer is responsible for filing claim and seeking refund from the shipping carrier for items damaged during return shipping. It is highly advised that you use a method of shipment that provides a tracking number.
  5. Free Items/Promotions: Sometimes, we offer free items or promotions with some of our products. The cost of free items or services received as part of a special promotion at the time of sale will also deducted from the refund.
  6. Repaired Items: If the item has been repaired or serviced by any authorized or unauthorized service centers, the item is not returnable or refundable.


  • Non-UPS/Non-FedEx Oversize Freight Sent via Freight Carrier:

    Return/exchange within 60 DAYS from the invoice date. These items must be returned in unused condition. Customer is responsible for all freight costs/insurance incurred with return of these items. Original carton packaging must be retained and re-used for return shipment. No exceptions as these must be available for immediate resale.

  • Refused Shipments or Return without RMA#: Refused Items: If you refuse your order shipment, we regret to inform that we will issue a refund less a 15% handling fee and less all outbound and inbound shipping charges. Return without RMA# - No return merchandise will be refunded at any location other than the return address provided with the RMA.


  • If you receive a damaged item and note the damage on the waybill BEFORE accepting the item, we will have the factory send any and all replacement parts or have an entire unit re-shipped at no additional cost.
  • If you choose to return or refuse an item which arrived damaged instead of accepting a warranty replacement at no cost then please be advised that your refund will be less a 15% handling fee and less all outbound and inbound shipping charges.
  • If you think that your merchandise does not work properly, any defects in workmanship or material, damaged or lost in transit, please email us immediately at or call us at 928-635-1088 M-F 9AM-5PM PST.

If your item arrives damaged please clearly note box and/or item damage on the waybill BEFORE you sign for receipt of your item, the email us immediately at or call us at 928-635-1088. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED THE RELEASE, ANY CLAIM OF DAMAGE IN TRANSIT IS UNLIKELY TO BE ACCEPTED BY THE CARRIER.

**Items that are exempt from this "No Restock Fee" feature are subject to a 15% or $19.95 restocking fee, whichever is larger, to offset outbound shipping costs already incurred by An administrative cancellation fee may be applied for cancellation of non-dispatched items, a minimum of $9.95 or 5% whichever is greater.
