Freight shipments vary wildly - we've seen everything from 3 days up to 21 days after shipment has been picked up. For ALL freight shipments: Carrier will call prior to delivery to arrange for a delivery date/time slot. Shipment will be unloaded and brought to your front door (no steps) or first dry covered area, i.e. garage or porch overhang, as accessible. IMPORTANT: YOU MUST INSPECT THE OUTER CARTON FOR DAMAGE BEFORE SIGNING OFF ON THE WAYBILL OR ACCEPTING THE PARCEL. Any scrapes, gouges, roughed corners, broken sounds or indication of improper handling of any kind MUST be noted on the waybill or to the driver if you are to accept the shipment. If damage to unit is clearly evident PLEASE REFUSE THE SHIPMENT and we will have a replacement dispatched immediately. All Damages MUST be reported within 72 hours of delivery - no exceptions!
